講座人簡介：哈利教授研究方向為人力資源管理對於員工和組織的影響；擔任《管理研究期刊》的副主編，並在世界一流期刊發表了眾多論文，其涵蓋內容廣泛，如生產關系、組織工作、員工自治權👨‍🍳、高效率的工作系統、工作中的民主與參與、勞動過程理論等。同時🧑‍🎤，哈利教授擔任許多世界著名組織的顧問🍤，例如國際勞工組織和經濟合作發展組織🥮。
哈利教授的教學與研究受到很多學者的肯定🛬，在其領域曾獲得許多殊榮，包括最佳論文、CMS興趣小組🏄🏼‍♂️、管理研意昂3（2004）、教學優秀院長證書（2002, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010)等優秀獎項🪃。
 
Bill Harley is Professor of Human Resource Management and Associate Dean (Global Engagement) in the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Melbourne. Professor Harley’s research focuses on the impact of human resource management on employees and organisations and has been published in leading international journals including Industrial Relations, British Journal of Industrial Relations and Journal of Management Studies. He has acted as a consultant to numerous organisations including the ILO and the OECD. He has won a number of awards for his research and teaching including Best Paper, CMS Interest Group, Academy of Management (2004) and Dean"s Certificates for Excellent Teaching (2002, 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010).
